Established in 1996, as a private college of engineering in affiliation with Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) in Scotland, UK, the Caledonian College of Engineering, Oman has taken giant strides in its aim to fulfill the mission of providing high quality engineering education and contributing to the economic industrial, social and cultural development of the Sultanate of Oman. The college runs full-fledged engineering honours degree programmes in various disciplines in partnership with its affiliate universities from UK and India. Oman Medical College SAOC

Established in 2001 as the first private medical school in the Sultanate of Oman in partnership with West Virginia University School of Medicine which give the students an opportunity to obtain a U.S.-style Medical or Pharmacy degree entirely within Oman.
The development of Oman Medical College was an important milestone in Oman’s march towards provision of world-class healthcare in the country. The creation of Oman Medical College has fulfilled Oman’s need for opening new avenues for medical education.
